REFLEXOLOGY CERTIFICATION CLASSES
Mary-Kay teaches reflexology to certification level in association with the Reflexology Association of Canada (RAC). Upon completion of the course and graduation you become a Certified Reflexologist and you are welcome to practice the profession of Reflexology. Certification courses are 4 days duration – 35 hours theory, 60 sessions for a practicum, and 15 hours home study. She has small classes – maximum 6 students.
The total cost for the certification process cost $1,299.50 including H.S.T. for Ontario residents – set by RAC across Canada.

EXPERIENTIAL BREAKTHROUGH SESSION
This is for those ready for serious change – this is a 7 hour session – we explore an issue that is challenging you – whether it be relationships, career, family, and using a variety of tools, we blow it away! NLP, Time Empowerment and Hypnosis are the modalities used for a breakthrough. This session is $550.00.
HYPNOTHERAPY
This is especially beneficial for those wanting to quit smoking, focus on reducing their weight, reduce stress, increase self esteem, let go of phobias, feel more confident – feel good about some aspect of their life.
The number of sessions vary according to the challenge to be worked on at the moment.
The first session will last approximately 3 hours.
Hypnotherapy is $100.00/hour.
HYPNOSIS CERTIFICATION COURSES
The hypnotherapy course is offered over 2 weekends.
You will learn all about:
* Trance phenomena – discover your level of depth of trance
* how to do self-hypnosis
* how to help people quit smoking, lose weight, and feel good
* become free of anxiety

This HYPNOTHERAPY course enables you to help others on a professional level. You may also find it beneficial to overcome your own challenges through self-hypnosis. The hours for this are Friday eve 7 – 10 pm, Sat 10 – 6:00pm and Sunday 10 – 6 pm. The cost for the course is $995.00.
